A little about me

Throughout my life I’ve had the pleasure to have “many lives” as I call it. But the common thread through it all is customer service. Whether it be in crafting a user experience that makes life easier, or going above and beyond to make sure a customer is happy with they service. I firmly believe providing a good customer experience is most important of all business morals. It helps guide all product decisions regardless of whether your customer is an outside consumer or internal stackholder.

Problem solving pragmatic solutions through sound business strategy is what drives me. Keeping solutions as simple as possible means you can deliver impressive products without spending years on R&D.

When I’m working you’ll find me either spending time with my family, listening to music or training for my next endurance sport event. Often all three.
